About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join Bland AI, a Series B startup building human-like AI phone agents. This role focuses on post-sales success, driving customer outcomes, and ensuring customers achieve measurable ROI from our AI agents.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive customer outcomes by owning the post-sales journey end-to-end
- →Partner with engineers to troubleshoot issues and accelerate resolutions
- →Educate customers on best practices, new features, and optimization strategies
- →Work with customers to uncover new use cases and map expansion opportunities
- →Engage with stakeholders at all levels, simplifying complex AI behavior
- →Operate with a high-ownership, high-velocity mindset in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- ✓Technical Foundation (CS/Engineering or equivalent experience)
- ✓5+ years in technical customer-facing roles
- ✓API & Integration Fluency (REST/JSON, SQL)
- ✓Escalation & Incident Management skills
- ✓Strong communication skills for executives and practitioners
- ✓High EQ & Customer Advocacy
- ✓Cross-Functional Collaboration experience
- ✓Thrives in fast-paced environments
