About the Role
We are looking for a Program Manager of Payment Products to support high-impact client payment product operations. This role will act as a critical coordination layer between strategic enterprise partners and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as the primary program liaison between external stakeholders and internal teams
- →Own end-to-end coordination of incoming support requests, managing multiple issues simultaneously
- →Lead weekly internal and external status meetings to ensure alignment
- →Manage shared program artifacts and workflows using collaboration tools
- →Triage incoming tickets and determine urgency, priority, and ownership
- →Monitor progress across open issues and escalate when needed
- →Translate technical issues into clear, business-focused communications
- →Prepare executive-ready materials for leadership updates
- →Drive adherence to program management best practices
- →Support process improvement initiatives
Requirements
- ✓Strong consulting experience and product lifecycle exposure
- ✓Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- ✓Ability to work on Blend’s W2
- ✓Experience with collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams and Dynamics
- ✓Ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously
- ✓Strong communication skills to translate technical issues
- ✓Experience in risk management and process improvement
