About the Role
We are looking for a Conversation Designer to join Blink's Embedded practice, supporting long-term opportunities with major client partners. This role focuses on creating AI-driven conversational experiences for clients like T-Mobile.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive conversation design strategy for AI and automated experiences
- →Define and evolve voice, tone, and personality guidelines aligned with client brands
- →Leverage research, analytics, and usability insights to optimize conversational journeys
- →Create scalable frameworks and reusable patterns across platforms
- →Design dialogue flows, scripts, and interaction models for chatbots and virtual assistants
- →Lead cross-functional workshops to align on user needs and business goals
- →Mentor and guide other conversation designers and cross-functional partners
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or conversational design
- ✓Strong portfolio demonstrating AI conversation or UX content design
- ✓Deep understanding of human-centered design principles
- ✓Experience collaborating across Product, Engineering, and Research
- ✓Experience designing for GenAI, LLMs, or AI-driven systems
- ✓Skills in conversation flow mapping, dialogue scripting, content strategy, and information architecture
- ✓Knowledge of prompt engineering and conversation modeling
- ✓UX research and analytics interpretation skills
- ✓Voice and tone development expertise
- ✓Cross-functional collaboration abilities
- ✓Leadership and mentorship experience
