About the Role
Square is looking for a Creative Director, Campaigns to join their London-based creative team and lead the development of brand and marketing campaigns across the UK, France, and Spain. This senior individual contributor role requires a strong foundation in art direction, visual systems, and concept-led design.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the creative development of integrated campaigns across the UK, France, and Spain
- →Partner closely with writers and the market Creative Director to shape campaign ideas
- →Act as a creative steward for regional voice and tone
- →Provide clear creative direction and feedback on copy
- →Set creative direction through concepting, visual exploration, and hands-on art direction
- →Ensure strong integration of visual and verbal ideas across all campaign touchpoints
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of industry experience with concept-driven brand or marketing campaigns
- ✓Strong sense of both product and brand realms
- ✓Proven track record leading large-scale, integrated campaigns
- ✓Understanding of how to leverage creativity to meet business goals
- ✓Extensive experience partnering with Creative Directors and senior stakeholders
- ✓Exceptional art direction skills
- ✓Strong editorial judgment and copy sensibility
- ✓Deep understanding of British cultural tone and humor
- ✓Experience ensuring visual and verbal systems work together seamlessly
- ✓Extreme empathy for the customer, teammates, and company mission
