About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join the consumer lending product team at Cash App. This role focuses on building a more inclusive and transparent credit system powered by advanced ML models.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive cross functional and executive alignment around a vision and roadmap
- →Partner with the ML team to maximize access to credit within risk loss constraints
- →Partner with design and engineering to build a simple and delightful UX
- →Partner with legal and compliance to keep us in good standing with regulators
- →Partner with other product teams to ensure launches fit cohesively within our broader product portfolio
Requirements
- ✓High ownership and throughput
- ✓Comfortable with driving clarity in chaos
- ✓Experience building and shipping medium to large consumer facing product changes
- ✓Strong design sense and analytical abilities
- ✓Strong communication skills
