About the Role
We are looking for a technical Product Manager to join LayerZero Labs, a leading cross-chain technology company. This role involves bridging engineering, design, and external partners to drive the development of developer-focused software products.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own end-to-end product development for core LayerZero infrastructure and API surfaces
- →Partner closely with engineers to understand technical constraints and participate in architectural discussions
- →Drive alignment across teams by communicating vision and decisions
- →Maintain clarity on user needs by engaging with developers and partners
- →Break down ambiguous problems and validate assumptions
- →Advocate for design quality and usability
- →Influence cross-functional stakeholders through product judgment
- →Unblock engineering and drive momentum
Requirements
- ✓Computer science degree or equivalent technical background
- ✓2–5+ years of software engineering experience
- ✓3–6+ years of product management experience, ideally with API or infrastructure products
- ✓Ability to lead technical discussions and drive work forward
- ✓Strong communication skills tailored to different stakeholders
- ✓Experience in fast-moving, low-process environments
- ✓Focus on quality, user experience, and execution
- ✓Experience in Web3, distributed systems, or developer-focused platforms is a plus
