About the Role

Square is seeking an exceptional Territory Account Executive to join our high-impact field sales organization. This role involves taking full ownership of your territory and bringing Square's mission of economic empowerment to businesses.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead your market with disciplined, in-person execution
→Run a full-cycle, self-sourced sales motion across Square's product suite
→Build strong relationships with local sellers and establish high-value partnerships
→Develop a repeatable top-of-funnel engine through outreach and networking
→Build deep expertise in key verticals including restaurants, retail, and services
→Maintain strong operational rigor in Salesforce

Requirements

✓3+ years of sales experience in a full cycle closing role with field sales experience
✓Experience exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals
✓Ability to drive deals independently in a fast-paced environment
✓Business development experience (e.g. hunting and cold calling)
✓Reliable transportation and residency in the market you are serving
✓Collaborative and team player mentality
✓Prior Salesforce experience or equivalent
