About the Role

Blue Energy is seeking a Deputy Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO and Chief of Staff across strategy, operations, communications, and partnerships. This early-career role offers significant exposure to a scaling energy company and the opportunity to advance to the Chief of Staff position.

Key Responsibilities

→Prepare presentations, talking points, and briefing documents for investors, partners, and internal leadership
→Support high-priority cross-functional initiatives, including diligence, planning, and coordination
→Sit in on key meetings and capture decisions, priorities, and follow-ups
→Develop a broad view of the company by working across functions
→Reinforce company values through clear communication and disciplined follow-through

Requirements

✓Relevant backgrounds include management consulting, communications, PR, corporate affairs, or strategy, policy, or analyst roles
✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✓Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
