About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. This role acts as a trusted advisor to leaders, aligning people strategies with business objectives to drive performance and foster a culture of accountability and success. The position requires strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and business acumen with occasional travel.

Key Responsibilities

→Partner closely with executives and senior leaders to understand business goals and workforce needs
→Provide data-driven insights and people strategies that drive growth, performance, and retention
→Guide and support leaders in performance management, development, and career pathing
→Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations issues and coach managers through feedback conversations
→Partner with HR Operations to manage annual merit reviews and leveling frameworks
→Support business transformation initiatives, organizational design, and change management
→Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and ensure compliance across jurisdictions
→Work with Recruiting, HR Operations, and Learning and Development to deliver talent programs

Requirements

✓Certificate in Human Resources Management; CHRP is an asset
✓3+ years of HR experience in an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist capacity within technology or SaaS industry
✓US employment and benefits experience is considered an asset
✓Demonstrated ability to build trust and influence senior leaders through business acumen and people insight
✓Experience supporting hybrid or distributed workforces
✓Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills with ability to navigate ambiguity
✓Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
✓Willingness to travel periodically to engage with regional teams
