About the Role
Bluesight is seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our team and work on the 340BCheck product, which helps customers ensure compliance with the 340B program through automated auditing and centralized communication.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teammates on product development
- →Build and maintain back-end API components in FastAPI
- →Develop and implement front-end interfaces using React
- →Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design through deployment and monitoring
- →Write unit and integration tests to maintain code quality and reliability
- →Help translate business requirements into technical solutions alongside product and design partners
- →Participate in code reviews, giving and receiving constructive feedback
- →Continuously learn and grow your skills, staying curious about industry trends
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of professional software engineering experience
- ✓A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- ✓Working knowledge of Python and FastAPI backend development
- ✓Experience building applications with React with Typescript
- ✓Familiarity with writing tests (unit, integration) to support code quality
- ✓Understanding of SQL database systems (MySQL)
- ✓Solid problem-solving skills and a willingness to dig into technical challenges
- ✓Good verbal and written communication skills and comfort working in a team
- ✓Experience with AWS cloud services
