About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to join Bold Orange's Strategic Growth team. This role focuses on driving new business opportunities and managing the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring data accuracy and timely progression of opportunities
- →Leverage Salesforce and prospecting tools to drive pipeline visibility and deal velocity
- →Identify process breakdowns and implement improvements
- →Identify priority verticals, target accounts, and decision-makers for outbound strategy
- →Contribute to outbound prospecting efforts and represent the company in meetings
- →Monitor pipeline KPIs and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- ✓7-10 years of experience in business development or agency new business
- ✓Strong business judgment and critical thinking skills
- ✓Experience with Salesforce and related prospecting tools
- ✓Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Ability to operate in high-visibility, deadline-driven environments
