You are creative, organized, and independent. You do not need constant direction to get useful footage. You understand framing, pacing, light, movement, story, and brand taste. You can shoot beautifully with pro gear, move fast when needed, and still make strong creative calls in the moment.

This role helps turn founder-led moments, property details, guest-experience scenes, coaching content, and future podcast/media assets into polished creative that supports storytelling, demand generation, and long-term brand authority.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
β Plan and execute onsite video shoots in Whitwell, TN 2β3 days per week, capturing content that reflects BOLT FARMβs premium brand and guest experience.
β Own video production from pre-production through final delivery to the editor, including shot planning, filming, color correction, export, and file organization.
β Capture content for social, BOLT coaching programs, founder-led storytelling, and the upcoming BOLT podcast.
β Create a steady stream of high-quality short-form and long-form video assets that can be reused across brand, social, campaign, and performance channels.
β Capture compelling founder-led, property-led, and guest-experience moments that feel elevated, emotional, and true to the BOLT FARM experience.
β Manage footage, project files, and asset organization so content can be easily found, reused, edited, and repurposed over time.
β Make strong in-the-moment creative decisions on framing, pacing, sequencing, lighting, and storytelling while working in a live hospitality environment.
β Recommend practical improvements to video workflows, shot planning, and production processes that increase speed, consistency, and content quality.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
BOLT FARM has a stronger, more consistent stream of premium video content coming from the property every week.
The media team has organized, usable footage that can quickly become social posts, campaign assets, coaching content, founder content, and long-form storytelling.
The brand looks and feels more elevated online because the content finally matches the quality, emotion, and beauty of the real guest experience.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
β 3+ years of professional videography and video editing experience.
β A portfolio showing strong visual quality, polished final output, and premium brand-facing content.
β Experience creating content for a consumer-facing brand such as hospitality, lifestyle, travel, wellness, luxury, or another experience-driven business.
β Experience with professional camera gear and comfort shooting high-quality content on iPhone when needed.
β Experience capturing drone footage and using related production tools or licensing.
β Ability to work onsite in Whitwell, TN 2β3 days per week on a consistent basis.
NICE TO HAVE
β Experience creating founder-led or personality-led content.
β Experience shooting documentary-style content.
β Experience in luxury hospitality, boutique travel, wellness, or premium consumer brands.
β Strong photography capability in addition to videography.
COMPENSATION
OTE: $75,000β$115,000
Final compensation will depend on experience, portfolio quality, onsite availability, and demonstrated ability to create premium, brand-aligned content consistently.
