About the Role

The Certified Training Manager serves as the primary relationship owner and operational lead for all Certified Training Center (CTC) locations across North America. This role focuses on training delivery and ensuring the performance and growth of the CTC distributor network.

Key Responsibilities

→Serve as the dedicated point of contact for all CTC distributor subscribers throughout North America
→Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews with each CTC location
→Monitor training delivery standards across all CTC locations to ensure alignment with DSA curriculum
→Track and manage subscription lifecycle for each CTC account including renewals and expansions
→Serve as the primary trainer for all distributor Technical Service Managers (TSMs)
→Work with DSA content developers and trainers to ensure CTC partners have up-to-date materials
→Partner with DSA leadership to develop and execute a long-term strategy for expanding the CTC network
