About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Commercial Inside Sales professional to join our team. This role will be the backbone of our commercial sales operation, focusing on commercial HVAC equipment and supporting Account Managers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop comprehensive knowledge of our commercial product portfolio and become a trusted product specialist
- →Support internal and external customers with technical expertise, providing accurate quotes for commercial HVAC equipment
- →Analyze customer needs and recommend superior product selections with alternative solutions that deliver energy and cost savings
- →Conduct proactive outreach to assigned and non-assigned accounts to drive sales growth
- →Manage order entry, shipment tracking, and post-sale support to ensure seamless customer experiences
- →Facilitate product returns and educate customers on warranty processes
- →Collaborate with the Commercial Value Engineer and Branch team to support job take-offs and technical assistance
