About the Role
We are looking for talented profiles for our Mobility Solutions Services. This role involves responding to emergency calls, coordinating roadside assistance, and tracking stolen vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- →Respond to emergency calls from vehicle occupants after accidents
- →Coordinate roadside assistance for drivers experiencing breakdowns or accidents
- →Arrange appropriate assistance services, including replacement cars, hotels, and onward mobility
- →Help customers locate and recover stolen vehicles using GPS tracking
Requirements
- ✓Ability to work night shifts (00:00-08:00h, Monday to Sunday)
- ✓Comprehensive training from DAY ONE
- ✓Assigned Onboarding Specialist to guide the onboarding phase
