- →Maintain detailed records of daily interactions with customers
- →Handle IAM, OE, ESItronic Calls & Emails
- →Perform ESItronic License Deployment
- →Conduct ESItronic Remote Troubleshooting
- →Ensure CDB Compliance (Real Time Documentation of Interactions)
- →Manage C4C Documentation (OE)
- →Handle XMS update and deployment
- →Perform OE Remote Troubleshooting
- →Process Bosch Warranty System
- →Provide Bosch Motorsports Inbound Support
- →Conduct Bosch Warranty System Quality Monitoring
- →Generate Bosch Warranty System Client Reporting
