About the Role
We are looking for a Danish-English Customer Support Representative to join Bosch Service Solutions, a leading global motor company. In this role, you will assist customers with questions about products, import/export procedures, technical support, complaints, and IoT technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage incoming contacts such as phone calls, emails, and letters from customers
- →Provide information about products, resolve client queries, and explain company policies
- →Serve as a brand ambassador and provide outstanding service to clients
- →Utilize language skills in Danish and English to support Danish and English customers
- →Assist with first-level technical support and support with the use of IoT technologies
Requirements
- ✓Passion for technology and cars
- ✓Language skills in Danish and English
- ✓Customer service experience
- ✓Ability to handle phone calls, emails, and letters professionally
- ✓Willingness to undergo company-paid training of 2-3 weeks
