About the Role
We are looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee shift operations and manage shop-floor associates. This role focuses on ensuring efficient value creation and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- →Supervise shift operations of Value stream / Sub Value streams
- →Manage and motivate shop-floor associates
- →Facilitate efficient value creation
- →Mentor entry-level associates
- →Coach and develop associates
- →Ensure conformance to safety, quality, and shop-floor standards
- →Maintain IR and shop floor discipline
- →Follow deviation management and continuous improvement
Requirements
- ✓Experience in production management
- ✓Strong understanding of standard procedures and methods
- ✓Ability to organize production setup as per production schedule
- ✓Knowledge of BPS and work instructions
- ✓Experience with SQCD targets and KPIs
- ✓Ability to conduct and document checks to ensure conformance to standards
- ✓Experience with performance management and efficiency KPIs
- ✓Strong communication and collaboration skills
- ✓Experience with employee and industrial relations
- ✓Ability to organize and train new associates
- ✓Knowledge of manufacturing process standards
- ✓Experience with management reporting and SAP
