About the Role
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the "Acquisition to Order" journey within our Consumer Platform transformation. This high-impact leadership role focuses on consolidating legacy systems into a seamless, modern ecosystem that drives personalized engagement across all Nine digital products.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with Product to define and execute the technical strategy for Nine Identity (SSO/Auth), Unified Accounts, and Martech platforms.
- →Drive the migration from legacy vendors (e.g., Gigya) to a cohesive, scalable internal platform.
- →Champion a self-service experimentation platform to empower Growth Marketing and audience activation.
- →Coach and mentor Engineering Managers across onshore and offshore teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- →Ensure the delivery of resilient, 24/7 services that meet transformation goals and FY26 growth initiatives (e.g., Stan integration, ACMA compliance).
- →Balance resource allocation between long-term platform builds and immediate business-critical needs.
- →Align technical roadmaps with Product, Data, and Marketing leadership to meet broader business objectives.
- →Manage strategic partnerships with Identity and Martech vendors, ensuring performance and accountability.
