About the Role

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to manage and resolve IT tickets, provide user support, and maintain IT assets. This role involves supporting end-user technology and contributing to digitalization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• →Manage, analyze, resolve, and close IT tickets related to desktop, mobile devices, and end-user services
• →Perform incident and problem management activities, including root cause analysis and solution implementation
• →Provide IMAC services for end-user IT devices, including ordering, installation, and inventory management
• →Respond promptly to service issues and user requests to ensure high user satisfaction
• →Install, configure, and support hardware, software, and mobile applications, particularly on iOS devices
• →Maintain accurate hardware and software asset records using asset management and ITSM tools
• →Provide consultancy and user support for IT tools such as Microsoft 365, MS Teams, and collaboration platforms
• →Participate in new IT roll-out and end-user technology deployment projects
• →Conduct end-user enablement activities, including training and adoption support
• →Support the preparation and broadcasting of live events at company locations
• →Contribute to digitalization initiatives using Power Platform tools, low-code solutions, and GenAI support
• →Deliver high-volume or specialized printing requests and manage print center operations
• →Coordinate and communicate with external service providers and vendors when required
