About the Role
We are looking for early-in-career talent with a foundational knowledge of Customer Success to join Okta. This role involves managing a portfolio of smaller ARR customers, guiding them to achieve business results through programmatic engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- βManage a portfolio of accounts using diagnostic skills to understand standard customer use cases
- βRespond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
- βApply foundational product knowledge to manage your portfolio and prescribe solutions
- βPlan and execute programmatic engagement strategies across multiple accounts
- βEnsure value realization and proactively monitor account health
Requirements
- β2+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelorβs degree or equivalent
- βExperience in customer success or a related technical role
- βCustomer-centric and proactive team player attitude
- βAbility to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customers
- βStrong oral, written, and presentation skills
- βTechnical expectations include achieving Okta Professional and Okta Admin certification
- βFlexibility to occasionally attend global meetings, training, and kick-offs
- βTravel up to 15%
