About the Role
We are seeking a Data Scientist / NLP Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. This role involves working with statistical modeling, data mining algorithms, and modern NLP techniques to improve processes and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and implement statistical models and optimization frameworks
- →Work with unstructured text data using transformer-based models
- →Build end-to-end AI/ML/NLP pipelines
- →Fine-tune Language Models such as BERT, ELMo, and XLNet
- →Apply supervised and unsupervised NLP tasks including intent recognition and entity extraction
Requirements
- ✓3 to 5 years of experience as a Data Scientist / NLP Engineer
- ✓Proven track record with statistical modeling and data mining algorithms
- ✓Strong experience with NLP libraries like SpaCy, NLTK, and Gensim
- ✓Proficiency in Python or Java
- ✓Experience with containerization tools such as Docker
- ✓Familiarity with HTML for building interfaces and annotation tools
- ✓Tech-savvy with strong exposure to open-source tools and frameworks
- ✓Ability to independently handle technical projects and provide technical direction
- ✓Strong communication and storytelling skills
