About the Role
We are seeking a Quality Management System Manager to oversee and implement quality management systems within our plant. This role is critical for maintaining compliance with international standards and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and manage the Plant Quality Management System
- →Ensure implementation, sustainability, and effectiveness of ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 standards
- →Create, maintain, update, and track central and internal directives, regulations, and documents
- →Lead the QMM7 team and coordinate various quality-related activities
- →Perform and follow up on internal and external process/system audits
- →Coordinate problem-solving activities using tools like 8Ds and FMEAs
- →Plan and implement improvement activities in line with the plant quality plan
- →Coordinate central reporting to DC/QM and DC-CH/QMM
- →Distribute Q-Targets at plant level Value Streams and departments
- →Organize internal and external trainings regarding QMS
- →Lead projects and processes in line with the Q-Plan
- →Support standardization and lean activities
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in quality management systems
- ✓Strong knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 standards
- ✓Experience in leading teams and coordinating audits
- ✓Ability to implement and track quality directives and documents
- ✓Proficiency in problem-solving tools and techniques
- ✓Project management skills with a focus on quality improvement
- ✓Excellent organizational and communication skills
