About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Product Owner to join our skilled Agile team and help shape products that deliver real business value. You will bridge the gap between business vision and technical delivery, championing clear communication, collaborative problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- βCollecting, understanding, and prioritizing requirements from business partners
- βConverting requirements into work items (e.g. user stories) for technical teams
- βEnsuring the implementation of requirements into a solution with DevOps team
- βDefining test criteria and accepting development results in alignment with business partners
- βDefining and monitoring development schedule and other work packages
- βActive communication between business partners and technical teams
- βCommunication to stakeholders on various levels including escalation management
- βImproving applied methods and tools with other Product Owners and Scrum Masters
Requirements
- βExperience in product ownership and Agile methodologies
- βStrong understanding of software development lifecycle
- βExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- βAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
