About the Role
We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and optimize ML/DL models for various applications including tabular data, computer vision, NLP, and LLM-based systems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, develop, and optimize ML/DL models for tabular data, computer vision, NLP, and LLM-based applications
- →Lead development of computer vision systems
- →Build AI-powered document understanding and information extraction pipelines across PDF, Excel, PowerPoint, scanned documents, and web content
- →Develop conversational AI and chatbot solutions for global R&D teams
- →Implement MLOps pipelines for deployment, monitoring, retraining, and CI/CD
- →Integrate AI models into enterprise applications in collaboration with backend and software engineering teams
- →Evaluate models using advanced metrics and optimize for performance, robustness, and scalability
- →Support automation initiatives for testing and production workflows
- →Mentor junior engineers and interns
- →Participate in agile discussions and manage deliverables via Azure DevOps or similar system
- →Communicate regularly with international stakeholders in Vietnam and Europe to align requirements, progress, and deliverables
