About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join Bosch and expand our footprint across 14 North West African countries. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and closing new customers and projects.
Key Responsibilities
- →Aggressively acquire new customers by prospecting and generating a robust pipeline of new leads within unpenetrated markets.
- →Own the entire sales process for new accounts, from initial outreach to closing new deals.
- →Understand customer technical needs and position Bosch solutions as the preferred choice.
- →Drive market share growth by securing new accounts and developing business in untapped industries.
- →Maintain accurate CRM records for new opportunities and ensure precise sales forecasting.
- →Provide feedback on emerging needs, competitive landscape, and new opportunities.
- →Conduct frequent on-site visits, product demonstrations, and technical seminars throughout the region.
Requirements
- ✓Experience in aggressive new customer acquisition and full cycle new business sales.
- ✓Ability to understand customer technical needs and position solutions effectively.
- ✓Strong skills in market penetration and expansion.
