About the Role
We are looking for a Compliance Analyst to join our North America Compliance program. This role involves executing compliance procedures, conducting investigations, and providing guidance on compliance matters.
Key Responsibilities
- →Execute and monitor day-to-day compliance activities, ensuring alignment with Bosch global standards
- →Perform deep-dive assessments of potential compliance risks and recommend controls
- →Lead the technical side of misconduct investigations, including data collection and documentation
- →Assist in the administration of the Compliance Hotline
- →Conduct regular assessments of compliance trends and develop dashboards
- →Develop and deliver compliance training materials
Requirements
- ✓Experience in compliance operations and risk assessment
- ✓Strong analytical skills for data analysis and root cause analysis
- ✓Ability to lead investigations and document findings
- ✓Knowledge of compliance reporting and dashboard creation
- ✓Experience with compliance training development
- ✓Understanding of Bosch global standards and compliance policies
