About the Role
We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer with expertise in automotive development and product reliability engineering. This role involves designing validation plans, conducting failure analysis, and ensuring product durability.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and implement validation plans based on anticipated failure modes
- →Conduct failure analysis and identify root causes using structured methodologies
- →Coordinate testing activities and work cross-functionally with various teams
- →Apply reliability engineering principles to automotive products
- →Ensure compliance with international testing standards
Requirements
- ✓Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- ✓Knowledge of EE components and reliability engineering principles
- ✓Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- ✓Experience in automotive development projects
- ✓Solid foundation in mechanics fundamentals and related testing
- ✓Familiarity with product validation methodologies and lifetime requirements
- ✓Experience with FMEA, Impact analysis, 8D, CAR, and FTA
- ✓Good communication and teamwork skills
- ✓Reliability Certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
