About the Role
We are seeking an E2E AI Training Framework Engineer to lead the development and optimization of systems that train, optimize, test, and release various E2E AI-based products for autonomous driving systems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and drive the technical roadmap and strategy for E2E AI machinery
- →Oversee design, development, and testing of AI machinery
- →Collaborate with functional tech leads to define AI machinery ecosystem architecture
- →Guide development framework for fast evaluation of emerging AI solutions
- →Guide transition from research prototypes to production-ready solutions
- →Implement best practices in system validation and testing
- →Mentor and lead a team of AI scientists and engineers
Requirements
- ✓Prior industry experience in releasing AI-based L2+ systems
- ✓Proven track record of translating research into production-grade solutions
- ✓Strong understanding of training pipelines and optimization techniques
- ✓Experience with simulation and MLOps tooling
- ✓Knowledge of automotive-grade hardware and scalability requirements
- ✓Leadership experience in guiding technical teams
