About the Role
We are looking for a Network Operations Specialist to join our team at Bosch. This role involves monitoring and maintaining the health of our global network infrastructure, providing support for IT services, and collaborating with international teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Monitor performance, availability and overall health of the network
- →Act in the operation of global IT services, solving problems, incidents, configurations, alerts, service requests and monitoring related to network services and solutions
- →Provide up to Level 2 Support for Bosch infrastructure services with a focus on our Global Backbone and central hubs worldwide
- →Work and collaborate on an international team operating, supporting, monitoring, implementing, replacing, extending, upgrading and optimizing network solutions globally
- →Execute and optimize operational processes, review procedures and documents related to monitoring, supporting and operating network solutions and technologies
- →Document and log issues and resolution steps
- →Escalate issues to the appropriate teams
- →Work closely with Service Managers, Operation Managers and Engineering teams on opportunities for improvement
- →Availability to work in shift hours, including weekends and holidays
