About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a strong background in the Automotive or Auto Parts industry. This role will manage full-cycle recruitment and build high-quality pipelines for both technical and commercial positions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and coordinating offers.
- →Recruit for automotive-related positions including engineers, quality specialists, production roles, technical sales, account managers, and aftermarket sales.
- →Conduct competency-based interviews and assess both technical fit and cultural alignment.
- →Develop pipelines through job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and industry contacts.
- →Build relationships with candidates familiar with automotive OEM, Tier-1, Tier-2 suppliers, or auto parts aftermarket sectors.
- →Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, position needs, and team expectations.
- →Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
- →Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive industry trends, job market behavior, and talent availability.
- →Identify and recommend improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
- →Maintain accurate documentation of candidate interactions and recruitment stages in HR systems.
- →Ensure compliance with company policies, confidentiality standards, and data privacy regulations.
