About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our Mobility Solutions Services team. This role involves managing service subscriptions, handling billing issues, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- βManage service subscriptions including new subscriptions, information updates, and product/service updates
- βHandle billing tasks such as changing payment methods, addressing billing incidences, and invoicing
- βProvide technical support on digital products using databases, troubleshooting tools, and knowledge articles
- βManage claims, suggestions, and customer feedback
- βFollow up to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- βExperience in customer support or technical support
