About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves supporting sales and marketing with technical information and documentation, as well as assisting with various operational and administrative sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support sales and marketing team with technical information and documentation
- →Assist in first-level review of customer warranty claims (technical and commercial aspects)
- →Support processes related to Bosch eXchange program products
- →Translate marketing materials and product documentation
- →Assist in administration and coordination of technical trainings
- →Provide support during repairs, installations, and warranty checks
- →Support various operational and administrative sales activities
Requirements
