About the Role
We are seeking a Test Lead to drive end-to-end test strategy for multiple parallel projects and releases. This role involves leading test planning, automation frameworks, and execution across embedded systems and web applications.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead end-to-end test strategy for multiple parallel projects/releases (system, integration, E2E)
- →Own test planning, estimation, scheduling, and reporting across teams; drive risk-based testing
- →Define quality gates, acceptance criteria, and release readiness metrics
- →Drive automation roadmap and hands-on contribution to automation for embedded and HMI/Web layers
- →Lead system validation for Embedded Linux firmware/applications and Embedded RTOS components
- →Validate UI/UX consistency, responsiveness, and functional workflows on device-hosted HMI
- →Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated test execution
- →Own test environment readiness and define defect triage process
Requirements
- ✓Experience in test leadership and strategy development
- ✓Strong background in automation frameworks and execution
- ✓Knowledge of Embedded Linux and Embedded RTOS system testing
- ✓Experience with HMI and Web Application validation
- ✓Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions
- ✓Familiarity with testing tools and defect management processes
