In This Role
In this role, you will serve as a senior program/project manager responsible for driving the successful rollout, adoption, and operational readiness of marketing-related capabilities. You will translate strategic direction into actionable plans, ensuring that launches are well-coordinated, dependencies are managed, and stakeholders are aligned. Acting as an execution lead, you will oversee operating rhythms, readiness criteria, user acceptance testing (UAT), and change management effortsβensuring new capabilities are delivered with minimal disruption and strong adoption across business teams.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Lead end-to-end planning and execution of phased rollouts for new tools or capabilities
β’ Establish and manage a disciplined operating rhythm (e.g., agendas, action tracking, decision logs, workback plans)
β’ Maintain and actively manage RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), including proactive escalation
β’ Translate rollout strategies into clear readiness criteria, go-live gates, and execution plans
β’ Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across operations, tooling, governance, and enablement teams
β’ Support and drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, coordination, and execution
β’ Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption
β’ Create clear stakeholder materials outlining what is changing, who is impacted, and scope boundaries
β’ Own documentation governance, ensuring accuracy, version control, and a single source of truth
β’ Develop and maintain runbooks, FAQs, and process documentation as capabilities evolve
β’ Lead communications and enablement efforts, including release notes, announcements, and training coordination
β’ Facilitate feedback loops and incorporate insights into continuous improvement efforts
β’ Present plans, status updates, and risks to stakeholders and leadership
Required Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
β’ 8β10 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in marketing, operations, or product rollouts
β’ Proven experience leading end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives
β’ Strong experience managing operating rhythms, including plans, risks, dependencies, and decision tracking
β’ Hands-on experience with rollout planning, go-live readiness, and execution management
β’ Experience coordinating or supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes
β’ Demonstrated ability to drive change management and adoption for new tools or processes
β’ Strong documentation and communication skills, including creation of runbooks, release notes, and stakeholder updates
β’ Ability to work independently, proactively manage ambiguity, and drive execution
β’ Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
β’ Proficiency with project management and productivity tools (e.g., project tracking, documentation, presentation tools
Preferred Qualifications
β’ PMP or other project/program management certification
β’ Experience in marketing technology (MarTech), campaign tools, or content/workflow platforms
β’ Background supporting relationship marketing, marketing operations, or campaign execution teams
β’ Experience driving adoption and enablement for platform or tooling rollouts
β’ Strong change management expertise, including communication planning and stakeholder impact analysis
β’ Experience building and maintaining knowledge management systems (e.g., documentation hubs, runbooks)
β’ Familiarity with governance models, readiness frameworks, and phased rollout strategies
β’ Experience working in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments with high visibility initiatives
Salary Range
At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $125000β $130000 USD Per annum. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidateβs qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
