About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join Braiins Forge, the hardware division of Braiins Group, pioneers in the Bitcoin mining industry. This hands-on technical role will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them resolve technical issues and maximize the value of our hardware products.
Key Responsibilities
- βDiagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
- βGuiding customers through solutions via phone, email, or chat until their issue is resolved
- βEscalating unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
- βCollaborating with product and engineering teams to improve products based on customer feedback
- βEnsuring all issues are properly logged in ticketing systems
Requirements
- βExperience with Linux systems and basic networking concepts
- βFamiliarity with ticketing systems and customer support tools
- βFluent English (C1/C2) for daily customer communication
- βStrong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically
- βExcellent written and verbal communication skills
- βAbility to focus on goals and deliver within deadlines
- βPatience and empathy when dealing with frustrated customers
