We are looking for a mature person with a high sense of ownership and good stakeholder management skills, a person who can work autonomously with a minimum level of direction, a person who enjoys contributing to improving the company's efficiency and making a difference. We consider candidates with a background in project/program/team management, change/transformation management, operations, process improvement, and various leadership roles. ✅ Responsibilities: ✔️ Project Management • Projects are completed with no delays or reasonable delays are agreed and confirmed in advance with the stakeholders. • PMO guidelines are strictly followed: • Necessary project documentation is in place and up to date (Weekly detailed project plan, Requirements, etc). • All project-related JIRA tasks are in place and up to date - initiatives, epics, bugs; • Weekly reporting is done; • Necessary project ceremonies and communications are conducted: project kick-off, weekly project sync and demos, project sign-off, handover to operations and closure. • Escalations, if needed, are done timely and in a proper way; • Use recommended tools: slack channel, confluence, JIRA, g-mail. • Control project scope, timeline, resources, risks; • Control your loading and proactively provide clear and justifiable information on your loading, assignments, plans, and capacity to your manager - ask load more or unload or keep the loading as is; • Contribute to the corporate improvement/transformation projects when required (tools, processes, reporting, etc). ✔️ Stakeholder Satisfaction • Clearly understand who are your stakeholders for every project and have a list of them; • Regularly inform the stakeholders through public communication channels (slack, g-mail) about the project progress, project risks, any significant project changes. • Facilitate decision making; • Manage stakeholder expectations and gather stakeholder feedback. ✔️ Program Management • Lead development teams resource planning for your stream; • Handle scope changes for the stream; • Provide reporting for the stream progress; • Lead Quarterly Planning; • Gather information about risk escalation and highlight it to the Delivery Manager. ✅ Requirements: ✔️ Skills: • 5+ years in program or project management (prior experience in Banking and Payments is highly valued); • Experience with payments integrations and coordinating diverse creative and technical teams; • Project control and execution; • Change and stakeholder management.; • Clear communication appropriate for audience level; • Conducting effective meetings; • Design business processes; • Conflict resolution; • Decision-making. ✔️ Behavior: • Be transparent, positive, open, friendly, and ready to help; • Good sense of ownership, be proactive; • Be quick and reliable; • Maintain high quality of work results; • Tolerance to changes. ✔️ Language: • Advanced written and spoken English is required ✅ We offer excellent benefits, including but not limited to: 🏢 Modern office in New Belgrade ✈️ Relocation package for international candidates 🌴 24 vacation days annually 🤒 6 sick days without medical certificate 🏥 Premium Health Insurance (coverage up to 5,000 EUR annually) 🏋️ Sports package (FitPass membership) 🗣️ Language classes: Serbian (company-covered) 🍔 Company covered lunch provided 5 days a week 🎉 Special occasion gifts: birthday, wedding, newborn 📚 Learning & Development budget 🌍 Corporate events: international parties, team buildings, activities 📈 Career growth opportunities in a fast-growing company Join BrainRocket and rock with us! 🚀 Bold moves start here.
