About the Role
We are looking for an innovative and seasoned Director, Global Sales Operations to join Branch. This role is responsible for the strategic alignment and operational efficiency of a global sales organization, bridging the gap between corporate strategy and regional execution.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop data-driven insights and recommendations on pipeline, segmentation, and targeting strategies
- →Lead sales performance reporting and forecasting
- →Analyze sales, channel, and top-of-funnel data to make recommendations to senior leadership
- →Establish standardized frameworks for forecasting and pipeline management
- →Lead overall adoption of the sales tech stack, primarily Salesforce, Gong & Clay
- →Steer and evolve Monthly / Quarterly Business Reviews and global reporting dashboards
- →Coordinate cross-functionally to deliver process improvements and annual global initiatives
Requirements
- ✓5-7 years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations in a leadership role
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Finance, or a technical field
- ✓Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce and Gong
- ✓Deep understanding of B2B SaaS/subscription models and complex financial modeling
- ✓Ability to translate complex datasets into actionable business recommendations
