About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager at Branch to shape and scale performance-driven products that help customers measure, optimize, and grow their businesses. This role requires a strategic, outcome-oriented product manager with deep curiosity for ad tech and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and drive performance-focused product initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration
- →Partner closely with Engineering, Data, Design, and Go-to-market teams to align priorities and execute effectively
- →Define product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics tied to customer outcomes and business goals
- →Translate customer performance needs into clear product requirements
- →Prioritize initiatives by balancing customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility
- →Use quantitative data and qualitative insights to inform decisions and continuously improve product outcomes
- →Support go-to-market efforts by enabling sales conversations and ensuring strong product narratives
- →Communicate progress, tradeoffs, and results clearly to stakeholders and leadership
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in ad tech, martech, or performance-driven platforms
- ✓Experience building products that support measurement, attribution, analytics, or optimization at scale
- ✓Strong ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority
- ✓Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with competing priorities
- ✓A data-informed mindset with the ability to tie product decisions to customer and business outcomes
- ✓Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate tradeoffs and product direction
