About the Role
Braze is looking to hire a Solutions Consultant to join their team of technical storytellers. This customer-facing role will involve bringing technical work background, creativity, and passion for storytelling to the exciting world of pre-sales Solutions Consulting / Sales Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build knowledge of the technical pre-sales world and learn about B2C engagement marketing, mobile marketing automation, APIs, analytics, and more
- →Travel to client locations, at most 30% at peak times
- →Collaborate with teammates across all departments to support customers
- →Apply creative thinking when using Braze’s product to solve customer needs
- →Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and be open to new perspectives
Requirements
- ✓Exemplary written and verbal communication skills with strong follow-up abilities
- ✓A team player attitude
- ✓High level of intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn
- ✓Domain knowledge of two or more of the following: SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, Direct Marketing, Marketing Analytics, or Programming (even just HTML)
- ✓At least 2 years of career work experience
