To support our growth and help level-up our product, we’re looking for Senior Full-Stack Software Engineers with strong experience in .NET or C# to join our fantastic team. WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Senior Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our product and technology. You will: - Design and build single-page applications using frameworks like React and Angular - Develop and maintain APIs and backend workloads - Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and product teams to deliver real customer value - Mentor and upskill teammates, fostering a culture of growth and learning - Improve our processes, tooling, and architecture to support scale - Think holistically about the impact of your work on the business and customers WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR We’d love to hear from you if you have: - Proven ability to carry a feature from start to finish: prototypes, design specs, constructive coding, and bug fixing - Strong experience in the fundamentals of web and backend development - Strong experience with .NET & C# - Strong experience with React (and TypeScript) - Experience connecting frontends to backends - Experience with third-party integrations - Experience with event-driven architecture - Experience reading and writing SQL - Experience with Unit and UI testing - A proactive communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills with great attention to detail - A collaborative working style and appreciation for agile environments — able to coach, learn from, and work with developers of all skill levels - Ability to discuss technical problems and solutions with both technical and non-technical people - Ability to break large pieces of work into small, shippable units of value, developing simple, evolvable architectures that prioritise learning over perfection - Ability to think holistically about the impact of your work on the business, not just the dev team - A desire and openness to learn and master varied technologies — we continuously evolve our stack and aim to choose the best tools for the job - Align with our Values of being a go-getter, making meaningful connections with a variety of stakeholders and being a multiplier to amplify and elevate those around us for collective success.
