About the Role
Brex is looking for a Senior Brand Designer to join the Design team, a cross-disciplinary group of creatives. This role will contribute to direction and execute a variety of creative projects across marketing collateral, digital experiences, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- →Elevate our brand presence across key surfaces including social media, integrated campaigns, and branded content.
- →Support and refine the company’s visual identity system, ensuring consistency across all channels.
- →Design creative assets for campaigns, launches, social, web, presentations, and email.
- →Partner with marketing and product teams to produce storytelling-driven visuals.
- →Collaborate with copywriters, motion designers, and external vendors to deliver best-in-class creative work.
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of experience in brand design with agencies or in-house teams.
- ✓Portfolio demonstrating concept-driven, high-quality design work across a range of mediums.
- ✓Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable presenting work to stakeholders.
- ✓High level of craft across typography, layout, motion, and visual hierarchy.
- ✓Attention to detail, ensuring every piece feels intentional and refined.
- ✓A strategic mindset with an understanding of how design impacts business and brand perception.
- ✓Proficient in Figma.
