About the Role
Bright Machines is transforming manufacturing through intelligent automation and software-defined production. As an IT Help-Desk Technician, you’ll be a key partner in keeping our teams connected, secure, and productive across our San Francisco headquarters and Mexico operations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide Tier 1–2 support for Windows 11, macOS, and Linux environments
- →Manage users and access in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- →Support and manage devices using Intune (Windows) and Kandji (Mac)
- →Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Zoom, Slack, and Atlassian tools
- →Support Wi-Fi, printers, VPN, and general connectivity issues
- →Assist with mobile device setup (iOS & Android)
- →Image, deploy, and configure laptops and peripherals
- →Ship and receive laptops and IT equipment; manage asset inventory
- →Set up desks and equipment for new hires
- →Conduct IT onboarding and user orientation sessions
- →Collaborate with IT and business teams in SF and MX to support remote employees
- →Support basic operational devices such as time clocks and badge/check-in systems
Requirements
- ✓2–3 years of helpdesk or desktop support experience
- ✓Strong troubleshooting skills across PC and Mac environments
- ✓Experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
- ✓Familiarity with MDM platforms (Intune and/or Kandji preferred)
- ✓Experience with asset management and hardware logistics
- ✓Ability to support basic operational devices in a manufacturing or office setting
- ✓Excellent communication skills and comfort supporting distributed teams
