About the Role
The Business Intelligence Analyst plays a critical role in transforming complex data into actionable intelligence that supports strategic decision making across sales, operations, and call center environments. This position is responsible for delivering enterprise reporting, analytics, and performance insights that improve operational performance and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and recurring performance reporting across sales channels, operational teams, and call center incentive programs
- →Perform deep analytical reviews of performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- →Deliver reporting and analysis across call center incentive performance metrics including attainment, payout accuracy, and performance against thresholds
- →Build scalable data models and curated datasets using enterprise data platforms
- →Support performance forecasting, incentive modeling, and performance scenario analysis
- →Partner with business leaders to define metrics, monitor performance trends, and develop scalable reporting solutions
- →Validate data sources and resolve data quality issues across multiple environments
- →Improve reporting workflows and increase data accessibility through BI solutions
Requirements
