Role overview
Our team is mission-oriented, quick-moving, and fun-loving. We are looking for a Technical Recruiter (contract) with proven experience in sourcing and recruiting technical roles (Data Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering). Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, youβll proactively source, identify, engage, and help in hiring top-tier tech talent.
*This is a 6-month contract position; candidates based in New York City or San Francisco are strongly preferred.
What youβll be doing
- Conduct full cycle recruiting end to end; including candidate sourcing, application reviews, recruiting coordination, screening interviews, and high touch candidate management through the interview cycle
- Manage all aspects of candidate pipeline activity and maintain data integrity within the ATS, proactively sharing data-centric updates with Director of TA and hiring managers
- Develop innovative and organized candidate sourcing strategies using multiple channels including referral generation, sourcing campaigns, talent branding efforts, and other creative channels to support hiring goals
- Create an exceptional candidate experience from application to offer, acting as a candidate advisor and advocate throughout the hiring process
- Work with hiring managers to provide guidance, expertise, collaboration and teamwork to hire the best talent for our team
What you have
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience with a proven track record of meeting hiring goals across Data Analytics, Data Science, and Data Engineering.
- In-house recruiting experience at small to mid-sized tech companies required; consumer subscription company experience strongly preferred.
- Deep experience with sourcing platforms and applicant tracking systems; advanced-level experience with Ashby strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, writing, negotiation, interpersonal, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and roles simultaneously.
- Strong sense of urgency and flexibility, with an ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Compensation
The anticipated fee for this position is $52 - $60 per hour. The actual fee offered depends on the qualifications of the individual applicant for the contract position.
