About the Role
We are seeking a Product Owner (Loan, Financial) to join Brillio's team. This role involves working with clients to define digital strategy and execution roadmaps, and designing and implementing digital solutions to deliver measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define, articulate, and communicate the product vision and roadmap in alignment with business objectives and customer needs
- →Champion the product strategy across stakeholders, ensuring transparency and shared understanding
- →Create, prioritize, and maintain a well-structured product backlog that reflects business priorities, stakeholder input, and market trends
- →Partner with development teams to ensure smooth coordination, effective communication, and timely delivery of features
- →Work closely with Scrum teams to clarify requirements, prioritize user stories, and proactively resolve blockers
- →Own scope, priorities, and trade-offs during development cycles, balancing business value, technical feasibility, and customer impact
- →Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics, gather user feedback, and drive iterative improvements
- →Ensure adherence to industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements throughout the product lifecycle
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of experience in Product Owner role
- ✓Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working with cross-functional teams
- ✓Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
- ✓Ability to translate business needs into actionable product requirements
- ✓Analytical mindset with experience in product performance measurement and iteration
