About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Writer with strong Banking domain expertise and exceptional storytelling skills to join Brillio, a digital technology service provider. This role involves transforming complex architecture and business concepts into compelling narratives for senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop end-to-end architecture narratives, translating complex designs into easy-to-consume stories
→Create clear, logical, and engaging documentation connecting business drivers, architecture decisions, and outcomes
→Build executive-ready narratives, leadership decks, and program readouts for steering committee meetings and CXO forums
→Produce high-quality documentation across core banking, lending, digital banking, payments, and regulatory initiatives
→Support client proposals, RFP responses, solution narratives, and transformation roadmaps

Requirements

✓10+ years of experience as a Technical Writer or Documentation Lead with deep BFSI domain exposure
✓Exceptional storytelling and narrative-building skills
✓Strong understanding of enterprise and solution architecture concepts
✓Knowledge of banking systems, platforms, and business workflows
✓Excellent written communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
✓Strategic thinking and executive presence in communication
✓Highly structured, detail-oriented, and outcome-focused approach
