About the Role

We are looking for a Digital and Social Media Manager to lead the brand’s digital marketing and social media strategy in China. This role will drive brand awareness, audience growth, engagement, and revenue through various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

→Oversee content strategy and calendar across platforms (Red, WeChat, Douyin, etc.)
→Drive audience growth, engagement, and community building.
→Lead execution of paid media strategy (social ads, search, display, retargeting).
→Optimize campaigns for traffic, engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
→Collaborate with creative and brand teams to produce compelling digital content.
→Analyze digital performance metrics and generate actionable insights.
→Develop and grow influencer and creator partnerships.

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
✓7+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media leadership roles.
✓Proven track record of growing digital audiences and driving measurable ROI.
✓Strong knowledge of paid social, performance marketing, SEO, analytics tools, and social media platforms.
✓Experience managing budgets and leading cross-functional teams
✓Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
