About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Program & Process Management to lead the Product Operations function at Brooks. This strategic role focuses on overseeing key programs, processes, and tools that drive maximum impact for the company and its runners, with responsibility for developing and executing strategy in support of Footwear, Apparel, and the end-to-end product Go-to-Market process.

Key Responsibilities

→Own and manage the Program and Process Management team, ensuring goals align with strategic initiatives
→Oversee translation of strategy into functional processes and develop policies impacting operations
→Drive departmental goals and communicate effectively across departments and leadership
→Lead 1-year strategic planning and engage senior leadership in strategy alignment
→Champion enterprise cross-functional initiatives and build partnerships across divisions
→Act as a steward of Brooks culture and build a culture of openness and trust within the team
→Practice innovative problem-solving and lead program, project, and process innovation
→Build and manage Product Operations Team budget with enterprise accountability

Requirements

✓Bachelor's degree from a four-year university, preferably in Project or Program Management (MBA preferred)
✓10+ years of experience in project/program & process management, including product development and manufacturing/operations
✓5+ years of experience directing, managing, and developing high-performance teams
✓Demonstrated understanding of business analysis, project management, and process engineering principles
✓Strong collaboration skills with ability to influence, motivate, and mentor others
✓Proven leadership capabilities to supervise teams and lead strategic business objectives
✓Exceptional work ethic with adaptability to changing demands and strong time-management skills
✓Strong verbal and written communication skills with advanced storytelling and presentation abilities
✓Expert proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
