We are looking for a strategic and analytical individual to join our team as a Business Strategy Analyst. WHAT YOU’LL DO The Business Strategy Analyst will serve as a business-facing analyst supporting sales, marketing, and go-to-market initiatives. This role focuses on analyzing performance, identifying trends, and translating complex data into clear insights and recommendations for leaders. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and the ability to independently pull and synthesize data. WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR (Essential Functions): _Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions._ • Analyze sales, marketing, and go-to-market performance to identify trends and opportunities • Evaluate marketing funnel effectiveness, campaign outcomes, and win/loss results • Independently source, analyze, and synthesize data from Salesforce, Excel, SQL-based sources, and external market data • Translate data into clear insights, stories, and recommendations for business leaders • Support strategic initiatives such as campaign measurement, market research, and growth analysis • Partner closely with sales, marketing, and sales operations teams to support decision-making • Deliver ad-hoc analysis to leadership as new business questions arise WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Required Education and Experience): • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills • Advanced Excel skills for analysis and modeling • Experience independently pulling and analyzing data from multiple sources • Ability to clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders NICE TO HAVE (Preferred Education and Experience): • Background in marketing analytics, sales analytics, or business analysis • Experience supporting sales or go-to-market teams • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms • Exposure to BI or visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau • Experience in benefits administration, HR technology, or SaaS environments OTHER DUTIES Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Standard working hours are 8am-5pm Central Time, unless otherwise stated in the Job Description. In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $85,000-$95,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at bswift, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package!
